Pan Am Express 9/4/2010 Reunion Plans

Cheryl Lynne Simpson and Joanne Bevan have made arrangements at the Flying W Ranch airport, (N14)  www.flyingwairportnj.com  in Medford NJ for a Pan Am Express reunion, the date set is Sept 4, 2010. However, to make this happen they need at least 50 definite reservations, as the caterer wants a non refundable deposit in the next two weeks to block the date and time etc. (4 p.m. - 8 p.m.)

This should be a really nice time. The BBQ will consist of hamburgers, cheese burgers, dogs, sausage and peppers, BBQ'd chicken, ribs , steamed clams, peel and pick shrimp and numerous salads, and sodas. The full open bar will have at least 7 beers on tap , with a good selection of wines and of course all top shelf liquor for 4 hours, plus there will be use of the swimming pool, volley ball courts and horseshoes..the price includes all taxes and gratuities... it looks like it will be $60/adult. Children are $13.00 We are hoping to have a DJ also but that is still in the works. Everyone that pays will be issued a wristband upon arrival that day, so there will be no question as to who has paid etc...... This all must be confirmed w/ the caterer a few weeks before so please don't wait till the last minute to commit.

We have also blocked 15 hotel rooms at the airport hotel, these will cost $80.10 +tax, or $$71.20 w/ a AAA discount, these you will have to reserve yourselves on a first come first serve basis,**note - they are listed under the name Simpson. We've done all we can at this end...now it's time to voice your interest in this....I think it will be a blast......but only if you folks follow through with it!!
